It's not a scam.. Food is tasty. But delivery system is shit unless you have someone standby at home to receive delivery. They send via ninja cold delivery service but it takes 1-3 days from shipping till delivery. No guarantee it will remain frozen. How will you know? And the delivery guy will just call you 20 min before he arrives. No rescheduling allowed. So you better be at home all day every day to rcv it. I asked them if they have alternative shipment? Answer is No..
But I like the food la. It's actually tasty. But how to continue ordering from them when I don't even know when they'll deliver the frozen food? One time the box came broken. Driver didn't even call before delivery. Inside the chiller box, some food partially thawed. They did send back some replacement. But again the driver suka Hati deliver at a time convenient to them. Cannot la like this. I cannot accept.

Should've read your review before ordering, I ordered for 10 meals and I just received the meals with everything thawed and looks like they didn't fill the whole box with ice to keep it chill longer everything already melted.
