No. Only open during track events thats only held a couple of time each year and to enter need to pay between rm500-800 for a 2 hour session

Want the whole track to yourself will cost rm60k per day

not condoning uncle's driving but he usually starts his test after exit 803A at around 10:35 of this video. beyond this junction until the summit is not public road but private highway own by genting.
