It's not a public road, but yes, there are others on the road. I'm not sure if you've watched his other videos; again, I'm not condoning. Apart from speed, which doesn't always mean danger, he is quite a considerate and thoughtful driver. He seldom cucuk or being impatient even when he is in a much faster car, always making sure the car in front is aware of him before taking action, etc. Plus, I trust his driving much more than some other people that drive up there 1st time, or once or twice a year.

what government do if see people speeding?. summon them and later on give discount. lol.

Theres diff in taking speed at corners etc n he is doin it defensively. He dont just speed blindly,anyway feel free to knw him better in person n tell learn a thing or 2 on driving.some of us here get to hangout with him and learn how it is to drive safely n not just race blindly.
