How much do you think is a rough cost if I were to retile my house front porch and extend the gate? I understand that this would involve a number of work that includes the base cement in which the tiles will sit on, moving the pillars and extending the platform over the drain. This is for a terrace house with 22 feet width.

QUOTE(kens88` @ Jan 5 2024, 11:48 AM) I retiled my porch last year 20ft by about 12 ft cost 6k. This is without extending the gate. Was it just removal of the old tiles and then retile it again? Mine because it is such an old state of the old tiles (>20 years), the contractor told me that I needed to relay the cement base, add the base which the tiles would stick to and then retile.

Workmanship has no price, if it fit your budget and you think the workmanship/service fit your expectation then go for it.

QUOTE(theevilman1909 @ Mar 10 2024, 12:18 PM) fuuhhh... gate also 15k already... damn... nowadays so expensive to get stuffs... Delux is like premium in my books. But it comes with a lot of gadgets like sensors for the auto gate to prevent it closing if there is something there and more. Of course it was the first one with the trackless autogate tech as well.
