 Unifi problem., Router unable to connect

Hi guys.

Everytime there is a power trip, my router always cannot reconnect to the Internet. I'm using a tplink deco m9 mesh wifi.

I have a backup router tplink archer a 1500. Also unable to connect to the Internet when connected to my gateway.

The last time it happened, I just went to work. And by afternoon I saw my router had managed to login.

I'd like to ask are these the normal lights for a unifi gateway when I use my router to connect to pppoe? Ie the Internet light is not on.. Upon calling unifi hotline, they said these 4 lights are the correct lights.

Hope anyone can advise or compare with your gateway. Tq!

Everytime you have power trip?

Dude your problem not internet la your problem is electrical system. Where got people trip fuse box all the time wan.

Yes I understand and I have gotten a ups now for the gateway and router.

Next question is, are these all the correct lights that should indicate a normally functioning gateway?

Your PPPOE seassion hang. thats why when you try to connect internet after power trip, cannot. you wait few moment, baru bole.
And yes, this problem I occur both streamyx and unifi. If you need urgent to connect to internet, need to ask helpdesk to 'refresh' session
