My current company never asked me to provide my payslip during the offer stage (was asked about my last drawn salary and expected salary during the HR pre-screening call), managed to get the expected salary I asked for (which was almost 50% above my last drawn salary😂)

The HR was also nice enough to tell me the salary range during the call, which was unexpected (most HRs from other MNCs I’ve interviewed with were reluctant to disclose them when asked)
