The head of the family have to register all family members that live within his household. Only then the submission from the family members can be in complete status. If U just a sister that live under your bro family in their guardian and 18 yrs above you can choose to register or ignore but in a way your guardian oredi submitted your info because he/she need to tanggung your expenses.
