I was told by my lawyer (he's not willing to take up the job cuz runner issue) and a few ppl (not sure if sembang lc) that I can extend the leasehold on ptg.perak.gov.my site but I can't find specific link in the main portal for that

Called land office and asked, they also kelam kabut.....told me to go Teluk Intan office (wtf) when both props are in Tambun

Need help guys

I'ma just bump this thread to update the progress:

• So every docs (J21, PoA, land search etc) uploaded online on 13/5
• went to submit the physical copies in person to PTG Manjoi branch
• stamped and got official acknowledgement receipt on 14/5
• officer said everything gucci, will survey and work out renewal premium within 6mths
• 15/7 received a call from PTG officer, asking me to come in person, refused to give explanation or reason.
• 16/7 went there, officer gave me a shabby looking borang (like made up last minute with M$ Word and ruler) to declare beneficiaries income, new borang need to filled within certain timeframe. Apparently I'm not the only person there to take this new borang but a few people as well.

Now the progress stuck since one of beneficiaries "nyayuk" in overseas (+facing some other issues).
