Too much sensitive and personal questions asked.. like Salary, Company Address & etc. ok la they will use it to give the bantuan accordingly but i just worry seeing the data got into wrong hand and ended up in a very bad situation.. Really scary!

Not sure thou if its a good idea. My personal advise better dont, gomen stuffs.. might end up in other problems pulak.
Btw, at the end of answering all those, it will ask our confirmation if the details entered is true. Not sure put wrong info, kena trouble pulak..
