New project upcoming, should be the one near Gran View, now given its own name, initially was to inherit from Gran View:

Ridge View linked villas, said to be at the highest point of Puchong, and big signboards already up by Puchong highways:

Not possible double up the price, but they will build 2.5 or 3 storey link villa and sell high price.

Anyway it is not possible for developers to open the new access, since that is no much land for IJM, and no benefit to IOI, so the developers hardly to build the new road for connecting both project, residents from Bandar Puteri also will against it, because it will bring more traffic to Bandar Puteri.

Funding from gov also hardly to get approval as that is other thing more priority.
