This modern living company consistently hold these furniture events. Its like the PC fair of furniture. Whether you are going to get a good deal or not depends. If you are consistently looking at furniture prices, then maybe you could land a good deal. These places are not cash and carry events, except for the smaller items.

Don’t recommend sign up. Usually undercut the quality to match competitors pricing and end up with lousy quality.

Or their sales promote and promise everything under sky but you get those plywood quality with gold plated pricing.

99% of the time, price is cheaper during non expo.

This is coming from expo participants themselve. They need to pay to join the expo & it aint cheap. So mark up is a must to cover back the expo cost.
