Planning to get a corner lot landed house.

Most can only park 2 cars at the porch which is not enough.

Is it possible to install an extra gate? Will this require approval from local authority?

Got longkang outside. Will need to do concrete slab to cover longkang and do a small slope to go up.

Claim whole outside as the car park and build the wall..
End up authority tell them to build back to original spec…
