To make it less confusing
Instead of shared public IP, refer to it as private IP

So, Unifi (low speed plans), Maxis (all plans), TIME (100Mbps), Allo (all plans) give you private IP
It's because ipv4 has already ran out so they can't afford to give everyone a public IP

For Unifi you need a good reason (eg, CCTV), they will come on site to verify
Maxis will give it to your for an extra RM10 monthly
Time, just upgrade plan
Allo, RM100 one time fee
