Property is worse than gambling.

Some time ago, there is this thing known as the economic cycle. Where you go through the cycles of boom, slowdown, bust, recovery. Properties follow more or less the cycle then.

But nowadays, we have the central banks meddling with the money supply, everything is all messed you.

Residential is meant to buy to stay, not to flip. Until poorperly overhang is reduced substantially, price will remain suppressed.

if according to tai sui bazi yearly basis, 2024, 2025 n 2026 property is on down trend, maybe 2026 2nd half will started to go up ...
and very high chances there is a war on 2025 cos the year pillar is all fire ... but this is just a prediction la ...
