Just look at dynamic of supply and demand.

Buy within your mean; Dsr < 20%, one could always trade up with rising income.

If another war broke out might effect the property market.

if according to tai sui bazi yearly basis, 2024, 2025 n 2026 property is on down trend, maybe 2026 2nd half will started to go up ...
and very high chances there is a war on 2025 cos the year pillar is all fire ... but this is just a prediction la ...

If poorperly guru prediction is half accurate, many wouldn't have trapped underwater.
