I am looking for the opportunities to joint venture in any vertical farming business. I can provide:

1. land - around 20 acres, located in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
2. workers - 6 workers, currently maintaining our crops and estate. Crops involving chillis, okra, and timun, thare are on soil.
3. and partial investment of the indoor building

What I need are the proposal and implementation of the type of the crops, knowledges and technical skills in this partnership.

I was born in Kedah but I live in KL. But if I was working in Penang or Kedah definately I'm gonna join you but sadly I can't.

Let me give you some ideas, you can try to start with Hydroponic or Aquaponic technique. You can start with small IOT technique and when you have a POC, you can apply grant from Government. There's a lot of grant for Agriculture + Tech. You can visit Sekinchan if you want to get some ideas because people in Kedah doesn't want to venture into AgriTech.

I myself is a programmer and I do have r&d some iot stuff related to agriculture but not to the level of business yet. I can ask my friend if he is interested because he has a rock-melon farm near kulim, maybe you can learn from him. He did setup his farm with WiFi, IpCCTV, command via apps and so on. His main customer is in Thailand usually.
