You need to submit a request to Google to update the map view of that place.

Then it will take some time for them to update the view. Taking pictures of the Earth from a satellite is not cheap.

Street view is not regularly updated, prob due to the lack of manpower, cost or other complications. KL street view is mostly in 2021. However, the satellite version's last update was 6/2023 (Previously 3/2023).

If we look at Singapore, most of their street views are up to date in May 2023...
Edit: Google says once every 1 to 3 years for street view, but well-known places are updated more frequently. Looks like KL its not well known haha, BB last update was 2021
