 Time to revive this thread because Ufotable officially announced a new Fate/Stay Night Project, and it's going to be Heaven's Feel!    This is the Heaven's Feel OP by Ufotable for the PS Vita version of the game. I hope it'll be a nice 26 or 50(!) episode series, and so far Ufotable has not disappointed us. Trailer: Alternate trailer for non-VPN users: link After the tragedies of Fate/Zero... we finally have a sequel, it's finally announced! For those who are familiar with the Visual Novel and played through all three routes, this is a remake of the original Fate/Stay night. I do have sources that it is the first and canon route (will edit and link later), but I'm not sure whether it will be followed through with Realta/Nua (don't ask or look it up if you don't want spoilers). There are a lot of fans desiring the Heaven's Feel route, which is natural seeing how each of the three branching storylines are supposed to be progressive themes about ideals and reality... thus making the final, remaining unanimated storyline much desired for. However, seeing how the events ended in Fate/Zero, I personally crave for Saber's salvation. Thus, I believe that F/SN is the best route to animate (despite being a remake) and can't wait for it to air next year! ufotable has been developing animes for Type-Moon over the past few years and the end products are often excellent (ie Kara no Kyoukai and Fate Zero). Here's to hoping that this remake will live up to it's legendary VN hype and not disappoint like the original one years ago. |

We'll see how ufotable sort things out...
There were a lot of scenes deleted from the Fate/Zero LN too, ie. Saber and Berserker had a dialogue when his identity was revealed but it was cut from the anime. ... mixed feelings about the sex scenes part... >_> |
