Govt target is GST. EInvoice is the mechanism of Gst in the future. They learn from mistake last time.
That is why they are pushing digital economy 🤦♀️ because without digital economy they can’t even implement properly with GST especially tax refunds which the govt still owes the taxpayers till now EInvoice has to be in place but the focus has to be in SME 🤦♀️ because of lack of skilled manpower and solutions experts in this field as even accountants need to be trained as well because mostly they are still old skool
