Hey! Anyone has experience and advice about regrouting?
Anyone tried Dr.Grout before? Their Ads have been popping up my social media ( all that algorithm doing its work) . Before engaging them with their year end promo hope to get some reviews and advice about regrouting.

Regrouting query:
I have a new property, a sub sale 10-15yr old house.
The hall tiles are good however the grout is grey/blackish and makes the tiles seem dull, it seems to be a waste for retiling , not sure if tiles can be polished either so if possible I’d like to regrout the tiles.
