My recent get.
Dell Latitude 5490 with i5 8th gen for 600 bucks.
Add another 400 for 16GB DDR4 2400 RAM & 512GB NVME M.2 + 500GB SATA without the 2.5 inch case. The laptop has both NVME and SATA connectors on the mobo. U either use NVME M.2 or SATA 2.5 inch. I used both by cracking open the 2.5 inch case and extract the drive mobo. Now I have both drives working and detected in the BIOS.
Unfortunately, the LCD is not FHD. I later upgraded to FHD by harvesting the LCD from another old Dell Latitude E7440 which I got it for parts at 100 bucks.
