Grab should set some minimum requirement for drivers.

- Must have 0 summons in the past 10 years and 0 crime record.
- Must have a degree with first class hons. in any field.

some grab car i used had to close hard, else wont close, so usually i try twice, close soft and see, then open and close again harder. since grab uses so many types of car, i dont blame some users close door hard, cause it might be normal for them.
