Master Tec Group Berhad and its subsidiary are principally involved in the manufacturing and distribution of power cables, control and instrumentation cables, and other related products. They are also involved in the trading of power cables, fibre optic cables, and other related products.

Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO in conjunction with the listing of Master Tec Group Berhad on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 158,100,000 new ordinary shares in Master Tec Group Berhad (“Shares”) in the following manner:
51,000,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
2,144,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors and employees of Master Tec Group Berhad; and
104,956,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(ii) Offer for sale of 127,500,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry.
