My Digi broadband suddenly slowdown a lot since about 1 hour ago. Maybe everyone trying to finish their quota by today? My download speed become 40kbps, while upload speed 4Mbps currently.

The normal bb100 plan has true unlimited free streaming now and he already passed the 10GB quota:

Same. Thinking to do so as well. Not sure if still can get back ambassador bb70 plan or not after 3 months....

Another idea is to buy another bb30 plan purely for YouTube purposes. I saw someone posted that bb30 YouTube didn't specified 10gb by now, maybe got 50gb as well.

Thanks for the clarification.

Currently I don't have any other Digi postpaid plan with me. If I go take one zero commitment plan, then can I subscribe bb100 plan as supplementary plan under zero commitment plan in order to get rm10 discount monthly?

After updated mydigi app I can't login at all. 1st option is "Retry using this number" when clicked asked me to turn off the Wifi. I'm connect to Digi broadband through modem router with Wifi, how to turn off Wifi! 2nd option "Sign in with CONNECT", I clicked and asked me for the password. After entered password then turned message "No valid number returned from CONNCET".

Anyone facing same problem? I'd reported to Digi CS through FB messenger, no response yet.

Today my issue seemed resolved already. Originally I have 2 CONNECT accounts, one for my prepaid and one for broadband. Today I tried to login to my prepaid account using myDigi, surprisingly can login successfully. After few minutes browse around, logout and login again, suddenly I saw my broadband number is in the Number Listing. By this I can now switch to my broadband number to check my usage details again. Meaning, Digi trying to merge all your CONNECT accounts into single account but without keep me in the picture. bangwall.gif

Only one good point I can think of is having the same starting date for bill cycle date.

The CONNECT account is not related to your billing cycle date, it's just the login account for you to access your Digi details or myDigi app. Normally if you already have one CONNECT account (one login with Digi), when you purchase another plan from Digi, you can just add the number using same login (under same CONNECT account). Previously I'm accidentally created 2nd CONNECT account for my BB plan due to enter the different email address i think. So I just left it as 2 CONNECT accounts with different login.

The only benefit I found for separate CONNECT account is that when you open myDigi App, it will always show the account you wanted to see. If single CONNECT account with multiple numbers, when you login or open myDigi App, it always defaulted to one of the number which may not the one you preferred. Hope Digi can improve the apps to allow the selection of default account to display tongue.gif

I tried to setup my cctv to use Digi broadband but failed, think is due to Digi does not provide us their Public IP for cctv used. Maybe only those cctv with p2p connection can be used.

Hopefully Digi will give ambassador infinite plan soon. Thinking to use tvbox for the purpose. Currently 40GB data maybe not enough for tvbox streaming. sad.gif

I only have one bb70 plan previously, and went to registered Amb0 plan 2 weeks ago. The digi staff told me only can register for 1 Amb0 line... confused.gif Maybe the rules changed already? Or Digi staff there lack of knowledge about it.... hmm.gif
