Can I have more information on the new Ambassador plan?

The old Ambassador plan with RM 50 free calls and sms within Digi no longer available?

I am holding the old Ambassador plan with zero monthly commitment now. I am considering to change to the new Ambassador plan 68 that comes with 15 GB data quota. I wonder once change to the new plan, can the new plan be changed back to the old plan.

just called up Digi Helpline and was told that once converted to the new 68 Plan, you are not allowed to convert back to the zero commitment plan.

That's what Digi Customer Service told me. I think they want to phase out the old zero commitment plan now.

Can anyone re confirm this?

Digi Customer Service has informed me that after the change to 68 plan, change to 0 is not allowed. I am confused now.
