Which  centre did you guys go to? I've got an offer for Digi Ambassador RM68 plan from my Digi-staff friend. She has already registered my name and IC number in the system. But, when I want to register at Digi Express Store B.Tinggi, Banting Digi Express Store & KLIA (Yes, I went to all three stores today), they said that I have to go to the actual service center, not the ones run by dealers. Some of them advised me to go to BTS, Sunway or the one in Premier Hotel Klang (but all of them are not sure about it either).

Yet her Amb slot quota full, can't say she's misinform, since she's Digi Staff too.
Well since she mentioned that I can't take 3rd line, I asked for her slot for my wife to register.
Then she agreed to, but need to wait to MNP from Tunetalk to Digi Prepaid.
Will see how.
I can't argue that with her, since we got no black and white about it. I fully believe that we can do 2 postpaid and 2 broadband as J Shao stated. Just she's confuse herself.

This FAQ only for internal circulation.

One IC number can have maximum 2 voice plan + 1 broadband plan (this is the only combination plan that digi allow). One IC can only have 1 broadband ambassador plan.
but it still depend on how many slot available. if the staff already max out the slot, you can only have 1 account under ambassador.

Unlimited calls. 15gb data with 4gb rollover. I am finding it very difficult to finish the rollover data. 15 more days until data refresh but I am still using the rollover data lol. SMS is PAYU i think. No idea since I don't use SMS.
