in my case,
i walk in to Digi Store...make request and pass my IC...then fill in request using their phone tablet and sign on it.
Given New DIgi Sim and wait.
Was told to standby to receive "port out" request sms from the SIM which i going to port out.

when receive the sms....reply "YES" asap....then about a hour..
Telco Donor will say "thanks for staying with us...etc

then few mins later.
Digi will say registration in progress...
and mins later..Say successful...can switch SIM
