Is it worth to pay penalty fee to switch plan? It is depend on yourself, cause the paid from your pocket.

My personal view that internet sharing is too high cost, RM10 for enable internet sharing and RM10 for gadget sim. I can spent RM20 on prepaid plan wisely in ipad.

As i remember, it is monthly auto reoccurring charge for 3GB (RM68*50%discount) when you apply it.
Unless you manual unsubscribe it, then you will goes PAYU max RM250 per month since your basic internet was gone.
Remind you that PAYU at digi old plan is very expensive, a run on speedtest app will cost you more than RM100. Forgotten how much Digi charge per 1KB. (Yes, 1KB block. 15sen?)

RM50 only for DIGI 2 DIGI voice call and SMS. Not include MMS and video call.
Not even Added value service like ringtone and data.

Last year I was using 30 Commitment plan. And I had paid two times RM250 because data services. @@
No matter is no data after basic internet been removed or not. DO NOT enable data services to try or you will know TRUTH.

First time is Digi having 3G data. Silly decision to test network speed with my plan no internet package. Digi charge max RM250 per month. During that time, other telco always happen customer bill grow to few thousands because of data.

Second time, two years ago subscribed 1GB RM12 offer. Data plan haven't activated but i start using data. @@"

Both happens during my Digi 30 commitment plan (after hold that plan >7 years). Last year changed to Digi 28 more internet plan then no more this kind of issue.

Legacy plan is not easy to match with now days user demand. This is the message i want bring to all.

Yeah, all those matter are over. Currently on 28 plan is enough for me. Save RM2 from previous plan.

Ambassador Infinite? Launch?

Infinite 80, limited tethering. Not enough for my major usage, TV box.
Infinite 150, double up the cost, too pricey to me and i can't finished existing 50GB/50GB quota past two months.

If Ambassador infinite launched, i will assume it is RM30 cheaper like RM120.
My major concern is the "game rule", only allow 5 devices connect tethering at same time.
Come on, i has more then five devices in house, TV, TV box, phone, game phone, tablet, computer, IP camera, smart home device. Not yet add my wife and kids.

Only advantage on infinite plan for me is, i can watch live TV programs without quota concern. But live TV is boring and a lot ads.

So far, i am using three IP camera. Not much data consume because i only check when needed. Configured camera send video to cloud when alarm triggered.
If you want to watch your camera for long period, then you has to measure each camera consume how many data per hour.

Well, a lot devices consume not much data. Only streaming video is my main usage.
For music, Spotify my highest usage around 2GB per month.
No, i has Yes4G prepaid at home as backup internet in case Digi line drop for long period. So far within this 5 months never happen.
I am using xiaoyi, mijia360 and xiaofang (all xiaomi products, cheap)

As long they put it at FAQ, never over look it or end up you may play golf at digi center.

I am been looking cheapest internet plan for so long time.
All telco prepaid are costly on validation day or slow speed.

Is it able to set auto reoccurring?

Let me share what i had experienced.
I am using AMB BB70, when i watch drama from certain website. Those website ads able appear my broadband number on page and told my system kena virus.
And from that day my broadband start received SMS to free adult movies. After that i start using Kodi and not visit those website anymore.
Good thing on BB plan, only can received SMS not able send SMS.

Second I found there are other way can sell your personal information.
Google, if you tight any phone number on your google account. And you play some FREE game, those game can took you number from google. Read carefully when you install FREE game with those kind of permission required. I guess it same goes to FB.

There many ways i haven't discovered. So do secure you device and the way to using it.

If you still been charge VAS, i will advise you call Digi to check and stop all.
If you plan inside router, do secure it and changed password. Nowday a lot teenagers like to "MASUK" reachable wifi for free adult movie.

Security always a topic at this world.

Let begin from Wifi password, make a long length with combine letter, number and symbol.
Hide wifi SID rather than keep broadcast it over the air.
Change the default admin password.
Keep your eye on monitor router or telco app usage if any suspicious event, connection happen.

The rest depend on your router security function.
Example, DHCP only assign IP address to known MAC addresses.
Create separate VLAN for visitors or temp users. (My friend's neighbor ask one time password and use it forever)
And many more depend how much you know those technologies.

A lot of time, the event happen with people you know.
Example, my wife's phone update app or download firmware when connect my BB plan. My wife don't even know it happen.

No, all Broadband plans are only capable of Internet access.

Above from Digi FAQ. So are you sure you are using BB plan?
My modem has SMS function and it also cannot send any SMS, even replied Digi Svc survey.

Is it normal at MyDigi app that 0mb is not listed at Internet tab?

Well, do enjoying while it is still available. If not, i may change plan or port out to whatever internet plan lower than RM30 per month,

Hopefully it will be extended. If it not available, i may need find other option.

I use AMB 0 on my modem. After 1MB, I can't send any plain text command to internet.
