Maybe that's why bill cycle start on 16th.

Previously, for those that registered in December 2016, all got bill cycle start on 12th.

Wonder February 2017 will get what bill cycle?

That means DiGi billing date cycle changes month to month.
Will be curious to know if February 2017 will revert back to 12th as with those registered in December 2016.
