Am I correct that this multiroom Smart TV app will not have Netflix even though main subscription in the package got Netflix? Also the Smart TV app must be install in Smart TV in same house where the mian Astro Box is located ?
*
This Smart TV app by Astro, although its UI is the same as the main Ultra/Ulti Box, these functions aren’t available to access:

- Streaming app listings (Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, HBO GO, etc.)
- No NHK World Premium (Ch 398)
- No radio channels (Ch 852–877)

As of now, you can technically install Astro Smart TV app from anywhere you currently live in Malaysia. Only 1 Smart TV out of 4 devices is supported (Astro GO+).

Astro multi room.. Still can access from 2 different location?
*
No. Only 1 TV at a time.

If access Multiroom Smart TV in a different location, it’ll be prompted to remove the previous smart TV first before signing in to a new one.

Ooo. Noted. Let's say my ulti astro box is at kedah

And I login the multi room at johor. Still ok?

Still okay. No worries.

Since your Ulti Box is your main home device, and your Multiroom Smart TV is an add-on app.

Your content subscription on Multiroom Smart TV app mirrors the Ulti Box, minus all radio channels 852–877, 3rd party apps (like Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Viu, etc.), and NHK Ch 398.

It’s also one of 4 concurrent devices via Astro GO+ that’s included with your Multiroom Smart TV subscription.

if subscribe astro's Netflix add on, can i use astro's netflix account to log in into the TV's netflix app? as multiroom don't have 3rd party app netflix
*
Yes you can.

Your Netflix subscription will be under Astro billing right? You can sign-in through other devices too, not necessarily through Astro Ultra/Ulti Box only.

OK thank you! I wanted to compare Sookas RM49 vs Multirooms RM14.90. Will stick to Sooka then.

Hi, I found this in Astro website FAQ page.
But I don't know if this updated or not.
Is it really only for these 4 tv? Or other android tv or google tv can download this astro multiroom app?

Those are the official TV brands Astro supports for its Smart TV app. Astro will provide technical support referred to those brands only.

Some official Android TV boxes are also supported (in my case, the Unifi TV Box), but there is no customer support in case you have technical issues with the Astro TV app.
