I read someehere last time got someone won a lucky draw like this (overseas story), but the organiser buy a 2nd hand car, end up cannot cut the name as they car previous onwer owe bank, and somehow went and sell off the car and another person sell it to the dealer which sold it to the lucky draw company.

The car that is given in lucky draw is the absolute lowest spec and very likely is test drive unit. The maintenance will bankrupt the 17 y.o kid.
