Kena ada banyak duit. Bukanlah kata wajib kaya. Paling kurang lelaki tu mesti bijak dalam menguruskan kewangan. Lebih kepada financial management.
Macam mana nak kembangkan duit yang ada untuk memberi keselesaan buat keluarga di masa depan. It not about how much you gain, it is all about how much you can save and invest.
Tapi kalau kaya, memang bonus! Haha..cuma berhati-hatilah. Kalau cinta atas dasar material semata-mata, be prepare. untuk diabaikan bila jatuh kelak.
Ada hartanah. Benda ni dah tertanam sejak azali, mesti beli sebuah rumah pada usia yang muda. Pakai kereta biasa dulu tak apa ketika awal-awal kerja. Yang penting mesti beli rumah sebuah.
Hartanah dan orang Cina tak dapat dipisahkan. Kami memang suka hartanah. Lambang kekayaan sebenar dan returnnya akan menaik berbanding kenderaan yang nilainya semakin menurun.
Kalau ada rumah sebiji pun dah cukup untuk yakinkan Ah Moi bahawa kita ni mampu bagi keselesaan buat keluarga. Ada kondominium, lagi wowww!
Demand Agak Tinggi Banding Gadis Melayu Mau ada kereta Haiya. Jatuhlah air muka kalau dating naik motor. Nampak sangat pokai. Paling kurang kereta Axia atau Myvi pun okay. Ni zaman belajarlah.
Nanti dah kerja, mau upgrade. Kena pulak GF dari family kaya, mana pandang kereta kecil. Paling kurang, Honda atau Toyota la.
Sebab kereta ni transport untuk ke mana-mana kalau berlaku emergency. Lambang kita ni berfikir jauhlah kalau ada kereta ni. Taklah GF panas dan rambut rosak bila naik motor pakai helmet.
Ni saya kagum dengan perempuan Melayu. Ada segelintir yang berkahwin dalam keadaan suaminya tak ada kereta. Mereka sanggup susah bersama. Ke hulu ke hilir naik motor dengan anak-anak. Salute beb!
Pekerjaan yang bagus. Bukanlah kena kerja hebat, tapi kalau kerja tu bagus, lagilah dapat greenlight. Haha..
Cumanya Ah Moi ni nak security. Kerja yang stabil atau pun kalau berniaga mesti mau ada duit masuk setiap hari.
Kena ada vision untuk stabilkan kerjaya dan pendapatan sepanjang hubungan tu sebelum berkahwin. Nak jaga anak orang, bukan main hentam saja.
Mau fikir cinta saja takkan kenyangkan perut. Muka hensem takkan dapat bayar bil-bil. Mereka lebih realistik dalam sesebuah perhubungan.
Itu saja kot yang saya tahu kalau nak Ah Moi.
Cuma bila fikir balik, saya rasa bukan Ah Moi saja, mana-mana perempuan pun perlukan lelaki sebegini. Bezanya orang Islam ni ada konsep tawakal. Mereka sanggup susah masa awal-awal kahwin kerana tahu rezeki Allah akan bagi apabila berusaha.
Berbeza dengan kami orang Cina, selagi tak kaya, maksudnya tak betul-betul usahalah tu. Tuah belum ada. Konsep tawakal? Jauh sekali.

aku ada buat pemerhatian. cina yang tak berapa kaya atau faceproblem hard get amoi. but kalau ada amoi cuba tengok laki dia. id face problem mesti ada wang.
Chinese-educ from conservative family definitely susah, 0.5-1% chance cos ingrained in their mind convert to muslim a lot of things cnt do and being racist doesn’t help. The english ed or sek kebangsaan a bit different as can see some mixed marriages becos their family not so pantang about other races or other religion. Their families less conservative and they are freer but as said these girls/boys a bit different from other chinese, banana, cnt mix well with others etc.
*I married a chinese becos I already looked like one, not Christian or muslim, means I pray to whatever deities. I also like pork, lots of it, drink beer while speaking a minimum of 3 chinese dialects. Oh yes, need to have celery above 8k at the time (2000) when chasing t20 amoi or get ah lian standard.

my colleague amoi who is janda, dating a malay guy for about 5 years, now masuk marriage consult a lot of matter, from inheritance until religious matter.
