My company is in the process of setting up its ITSM and was initially planning to use ServiceNow. But due to too much regulations and contractual limitations, it is dragging on for quite some time.
I was wondering if anyone could provide some feedback on their ITSM user experience and recommend an App to replace ServiceNow.
We are targeting to have as much automation linked to the ITSM tool as possible as well.
I am considering Atlassian's Jira as well since we use it for bug tracking at the moment.
