Is power apps and bi available only for Microsoft 365 enterprise subscribers only?
If I build an app with power apps, is it useable only to other subscribers or non Microsoft 365 account holder?

if you want build Apps for client, no-code
flutterflow + firebase best all rounded so far. web + ios + android = Anywhere ( even in console ) |
