Want to claim car insurance from insurance company. They ask to go JPJ and request for car details that stated that my car is debt-free from any bank/Hire purchase.

So I go JPJ ask apa? Car details?

Request for butir-butir kenderaan

Pay RM20.

GO submit the butir2 to inso company.

Some branches kiosk either rosak or purposely offline / switch off

TS dont forget to install JPJeQ app for queue number (when arrive at JPJ scan QR code at door to get queue number)

I wented JPJ Cawangan Bandar Menjalara (PJ) & waited only 1 hour. They served 120 customers in that 1 hour wait.

Car details = grant ?

I went to JPJ PJ last week.. The queue was crazy.. Took the number using the app.. 300 mins !! 150+ numbers ahead

I wanted to get my grant for my new motorbike.. Apparently, owner have to go and can't use the runners anymore..

I went to the information counter. The lady said no more grant paper stock.. Luckily I have mouth to ask and didn't wait 5 hours.. She said the kiosk also can't use because no paper

just buy the necessary document from myjpj web site. under vehicle licensing section.
no need for counter visit.

Ur insurance agent makan gaji buta ka?

Could be hire purchase just finished and the bank did not do e-batal.

Or insurance company wants to pay direct to insured (still on hire purchase) so insured has to first settle the loan and get letter (or e-batal) as proof.
