This is what i've done to my 2012 LC135 after one year of ownership & 10,000km.

After 3 month of trouble free riding, the bike made a weird knocking sound, found out that the piston and block is scratched up. Not sure how, but hey, it's a used bike

Took the opportunity to upgrade to FZ150 block, not much difference from in terms of power or response, probably 10kmh more top speed, previously can do about 110kmh-120kmh, now maybe can maintain 120kmh-130kmh

Wasn't too confident with the original brakes after upgrading to FZ block, went and upgraded my master pump and rotors.

if it's not consuming oil, just do normal service
it's a tough bike with oversized radiator so under normal usage should be very durable
mine lc v2 bought used at 17k now almost 60k, poured 1L every 5k still can almost fill up 1L bottle
so just do normal maintenance

never done valve clearance too... so should i at least do valve clearance?
