Hi Guys, im going to get key for my new house. wondering if developer shall also provide me the house's detail layout & architecture. will helpful for my renovation and any future reference.

And if developer resist to provide, based on the LAW, do i have rights to fight for the details with developer. Need ur advise on this as im getting mixed respond in google.

U ll hav an as built booklet or few pieces of important papers showing u the details.

If u need structural details u may purchase it fr the architect which did the project.

It's a norm buyers go purchase fr architect if wanna do big Reno.

Dev is not obliged to provide the technical details to all purchasers as not many ll actually go for a big Reno tat need to hav the structural details even thou v see some even tearing down the units. But how.many rite.
