Today I went to renew my driving license as it alredy expired at pos office. Then after renew I was given an 8 digit alphabet thing to register under MyJPJ apps. Tried many time cannot register.
Is the 8 digit alphabet thing fall under no rujukan or driving license no.
Do I need wait few hours before registering?

that code should be for No.Rujukan

the second field (No.Siri Lesen Memandu) is written at the back of your (expired) lesen..

But my license already expired, so still use the same expired lesen number ?

double check, big and small capital alphabet got type wrong or not. IF correct, instant register.

Click on the blue circled exclamation mark, there is a picture there showing where the numbers are behind your current driving license.

It's not the one on top, it's the last few alphanumeric one above the signature

Only the last few 8 alphanumeric characters. Ignore the front numbers before the space.

What if you just ignore the no rujukan and just key in the No Siri Lesen memandu?
The 8 digit from the back of your IC is the No Siri.

post office counter cannot direct renew, why must go MyJPJ apps? .. funny

So ma fan. Why not just renew online? Because you want physical license?

Go pos office renew , the girl pass me an 8 digit alphabet thingy ask me go MyJPJ app renew. But many tries cannot, then go back counter ask the girl, the girl say must wait after 4pm or come tomorrow only can view the 8 digit again...wtf ..

That why damn dulan now.. left me hanging ask me come later or tomoro to view the 8 digit thingy ..

Even k also can get confused.. what a system, and they wanna go full force to digitalize license.

Okay, I get it. The staff should call you register first before renew new license. Now you renew already, the old license number should invalid.

maybe the staff give you wrong 8 number, because big and small alphabet can confuse. last time i type wrong small k and K,so cannot go thru.

maybe try X M O small or big combination .

Finally resolved, girl admit write wrong.
Once registered, u ll get a temporary password thru email.
After that key in your preferred password and walla.
