 My pee got alot of bubbles, How bad can it be?

Why would intestines affect urine?

Get it tested.

But the typical failsafe measure to improve your urine quality is eat less carbs, drink less alcohol (which is also carbs btw, but worse), GET RID OF VEGETABLE OILS.

Your digestive problems can cause autoimmune issues, your kidney will contribute to urinary issues. If you have a digestion issue that can cause kidney issues, I'm afraid you have big problems with your health. Best get yourself checked.
