But you should see your doctor if you have persistently foamy urine that becomes more noticeable over time. This can be a sign of protein in your urine (proteinuria), which requires further evaluation. Increased amounts of protein in urine could mean you have a serious kidney problem.

Can try reduce meat and high protein source (like egg noodles) intake. Then drink a lot of water. If during the week can see pee getting less foamy, then its just you have too much protein intake only.

I heard that if peeing got bubbles mean that intestine is not good.

How bad can this lead to and how to prevent it?
*
Hello, nothing to do with intestine

I have this issue too

It is because your urine got protein, the condition is called proteinuria

Do you have high blood pressure?

Doctor put me on ace inhibitor 3 years ago, drop from 6 grams a day to around 3 but not going down more.

I need to loose weight he said, trying.

Please go to the doctors, either nephrologist or urologist. Sunway got a lot of good ones, take care.

No no, protein intake is not the issue. The kidney cells are damaged and are letting protein through.

When i was first diagnosed my mother banned all protein for a month for me, end result was the same.

Need to fix kidney only can reduce and stop, and blood pressure is the main cause of kidney damage

Have you been consuming a lot of proteins? An abundance of protein in the body could do that to you.

Nothing to do with intestine. Is it bubbly or foamy (bubble is bigger and clear compares to foam)?

Bubble is normal but can also be abnormal. If once in a while can be okay. If continuously then it maybe:
1) Urinary Tract Infection
When peeing normally associates with slight burning sensation. Just need to drink more water and normally go away after 2 or 3 days.

2) Small bubbles maybe due to diabetes.

3) Excess protein in urine (foamy urine)
Usually the urine is cloudy in color. If so, need to go see doctor to find out reason. Can be sign of kidney failure.

Depends on food and drinks. Sometimes, can be you took too much protein based food and drinks and your kidneys pass those excess hence the bubble.

Also, one of an indicator of diabetes is frequent bubbly pee regardless if you do not eat.

Means urine got protein.
Better watch your diet, reduce sodium, sugar intake.
Drink adequate plain water, not excessive or too little.
