Hi. Planning to get a OP12. Want to ask is there any difference between global and CN version? If I buy CN version can I flash to global ROM?

Planning to get OP13 CN set. Want to ask WHETHER Color OS still got issue like TnG and bank apps cannot USE? Is it a must to root it to get the apps working?
