BP impose charges for top up using credit card.
Also, wise can put in apple wallet and google wallet. Quite convenient

Less than 1000 MYR per month More than 1000 MYR per month
2 or less withdrawals Free 1.75% of the amount over 1000 MYR

3 or more withdrawals 5 MYR per withdrawal 5 MYR + 1.75% of amount over 1000 MYR

Wise allow you to open multiple foreign currency account

Just open one for HKD and convert your MYR to HKD

But I'm not sure if leaving it as MYR would work also, maybe it will auto convert when you use
*
You can just leave it as MYR and it will auto convert at the current rate. As you see there is no TWD currency in WISE but it also can be used and converted to TWD when you use it in Taiwan locally.
