Anyone experience this issue?

I get a "Number not registered on network" on my phone from any landline.
Likewise, if anyone call me from landline, they cannot get through.

But if I call any other mobile-phone number, then no issues.
Same with ppl calling me from mobile phone, then no problems to get through?
