Hi guys, welcome everyone who has experience to advise us, my family has a single storey house, we want to do a few renovations:

1. To replace awning of porch (pls recommend which type of awning/material/pricing)

2. To install mosaic tiles for porch floor (same as above)

3. To replace the ceiling board for the interiors (previously we painted it with cement so now it peels off, can advise another board which we dont have do painting and wont peel off anymore one? we know got plaster ceiling but that one is way too expensive for us)

4. To repaint the roof (we have some leaking before, asked contractor to come and fix but want to have an extra protection as sooner or later the silicon gel btw the roof tiles will break, furthermore the rain on the neighbour awning will keep "kena" middle spine area, so any advice to have protection for leaking?)

I have attached pictures, pls advise, most importantly for those who experienced, pls give a rough total quotation so that we have a numbers in mind, prefer middle price range but not something too cheap and not durable, and can recommend a good supplier/sifu to the job?
