Starbucks was too cold inside, step outside suddenly feel hot.

Also the toilet not nice compared to Pavilion design.

Anyway, I think Pavilion Bukit Jalil is still the best.

I feel that Pavilion Bukit Jalil has all these big restaurant that are missing from TRX.

Certainly food and beverage are much better at Pavilion.

At the end, the mall with nice good food and beverage is going to survive.

This TRX has more luxury retail shops but lack of nice and big F&B choices is not appealing to the average Malaysian.

Nowadays, with more people buying online, it makes more sense more luxury F&B choices than luxury retail shops.

Belum buka semua bang....wait for couple of months. Can't compared with matured mall like Pavillion, they even have non-halal food court. TRX surely got the potential for tourist, expats, T20 and some M40.

What sets them apart is their rooftop park which they claim to be the biggest in the world . Got many seats and outside Apple top floor got place to lepak With the exchange 106 tower view soooo tall up. Pavi for me now is Like a mall in the 2000s nothing stands out anymore .

Bik mama waited too long, until Hey Husband also tinggal inside Bamboo River VIP Suite.


Bik mama will take this TRX like Speedmart99. Kalau bosan dan want to get something 1-2 benda only visit. Nothing she can't buy from there like beli garam, 100 bags at one go.

Lululemon is good sports brand but surprised got few branches in Msia, cause in overseas consumers also find Lululemon expensive (unless got sale), whats more after Msia conversion, didnt expect Msians can afford too haha.

I drove to MRT Putrajaya which is about 5 km from my house.

TRX station is just 9 stations away. Journey took about 40 mins, so very convenient using MRT.
