i'm not fengshui expert, but based on the map and direction it would be best if you can get the east facing or south facing unit, because these 2 direction the balcony is not directly facing the main road, and the east main road isn't that busy compare to bukit jalil highway, and you will have good sunlight in the morning and shady during afternoon and night, the view is also not blocking by other buildings and it is not very likely to have condo built at the landed area

while south facing is facing away from main road so you wont get a lot of noise, but you will have new condos popping up and blocking your view

the ingress and egress of the condo though is a bit dangerous and difficult, let's say you exit condo and want to turn right immediately, you have to cut to the middle lane within that short distance, while turning left should be no problem, there might be cars cutting into your lane and coming fast to turn left

when you coming back to your house, you will always need to make a U-turn and immediately keep left to turn into the entrance, which is a bit troublesome, but if that road is not always jam then should still be okay

not much of a fengshui advice, but for me who has been staying in condo for 20+ years, the noise level, views and sun direction is an important factor for me
