I had a similar issue after replacing my brake pads from workshop outside. Then during my usual service the SC told me the brake pad was installed wrongly ( terbalik or inside out ).
According to SC it’s a common issue when customer replaced their brakepad outside. Cost me RM 300 for SC to remove and reinstall the brake pad in the end. But the workshop then pay me back this RM 300 after I show them the video took by SC.
