Digi rejected port out(Please help)

Submit another port out request. 6-Dec-2023 - Digi rejected SMS received and we got no idea what to do. [attachmentid=11486433] Sorry to here that, but based on my previous experience with maxis and celcom, its pretty much the same with any Telco, sadly. Its a huge hassle. By right they should just tell us upfront, that, all the procedure we need to do for porting out, rather than one after the other. And yes, having the principle account tied to many services is the bottleneck, but many wouldnt know about it untill we go thru the process (hassle)
