Dear Sifus,
Would like to ask should I pay the premium even havent get house key? Not that i dont want to take the key but the developer slow and no date to handover keys yet.
Shall i pay the premium after getting the keys so i don't waste any money on this empty period?
Thanks.

Thanks. but the house already yours with or without the keys, bank already disburse the money to developer. Else just pay later with extra interest, time is extra money for bank.

Technically you need to pay.
You took loan from the bank. Bank is insuring the unit to protect their interest. If you refuse to pay, you could be violating the T&C of your loan agreement. Once you violated the loan T&C, be ready to face the penalties.
