Went to an outlet yesterday for the first time in 12 months....banyak youngster masih duduk there with their laptop, working or pretending to work....Nowadays, they even asked customer to pay for straw...last time, can grab as many straw as you want ....new business model issit ?

Still can't believe people would pay premium price for mediocre coffee. |
