Hi guys,
I got a deal from a shopee shop for the spec below.
Core i5 6500(Win 10 Pro 64-bit Edition)

the price offered is 1.2k PC only.
My usage would be lite gaming, emulator like yuzu, dolphin, and not so much on latest game.
is this ok for this range of price?

That processor is 2015 processor selling at around RM110 only. Motherboard around RM250 local (RM125 China). Rx580 8GB DDR5 Graphic RM250. Kingston 256 SSD RM125. Kingston RAM 16GB RM167. Cooler Master 500W PSU RM169 Maybe you can dig the rest. They get cheaper price but they also need to make profit  |

If you wanted to use yuzu or dolphin emulator, you would need as recent as possible processor like intel 10th or 11th gen and OC the highest as you can.
Wifi adapter I would assume they just give you some cheap USB2 or USB3 2.4/5ghz. suggest just use LAN if you can or buy PCIE wifi 6/6e (depending on your router).
AMD Rx580 doesnt have game support anymore, currently they only give you “critical” security and bug fix updates. Get RX6000 or RX7000. If Nvidia RTX2000 series, don't buy GTX from RTX2000.
Intel HD Graphics 530(New) is BS. Its just your intel processor intergrated graphic, its just old.
Get M2 NVME drive. Dram or not doesnt matter because they just a whole lot faster than Sata.

That setup seems like a good deal for what you're looking to do. I had a similar setup for light gaming and emulation, and it handled things pretty well. Just make sure the PSU is from a decent brand because that’s crucial.

Can get some older optiplex for rm5xx with that CPU.
Maybe upgrade from there.
